Mill test certificate
Chemical composition and mechanical properties stated per heat number, travelling with the shipping documents.
Grade and finish
The grade and surface finish are stated on the certificate, because a finish substitution changes both appearance and corrosion behaviour.
Size and tolerance
Thickness, width and length checked against the ordered figure and the tolerance of the governing standard.
Protective packing
Interleaved and wrapped so that coil and sheet arrive free of scratches and moisture marks, with loading photographs on dispatch.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We work from trial quantities upward. Send the grade, finish, size and quantity and we confirm the most economical arrangement.
Which finish should I choose?
State the environment the material will work in. 2B is the general purpose mill finish, BA is brighter for visible parts, 8K mirror is for decorative surfaces, and HL hides handling marks on large panels.
Can you supply cut or formed parts?
Yes. Sheet and plate can be laser cut and formed to your drawing, and coil can be slit to width. Confirm the tolerance and edge condition you need when ordering.
What documentation comes with the shipment?
Mill test certificate per heat number, packing list and loading photographs. Certificates of origin and third party inspection can be arranged when declared in advance.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Customer inspection and third party inspection are welcome at any stage. Tell us the requirements when ordering and we build them into the schedule.
