C1100 electrolytic copper and T2 high purity copper are both specified for electrical work, and both are quoted by purity. The difference that usually decides an order is temper, because soft annealed and harder tempers form and wind differently.
For busbar and conductor work, the conductivity figure and the temper are both worth stating, together with the coil width and weight your line can accept. For wide and thin sections, the temper also decides whether the coil stays flat after slitting.
Copper also moves. Confirm the packing and the coil eye orientation, because a coil that cannot be lifted the way your line feeds it will be cut open before it is used.
